• Scan both sides of the photos to 2 files for an extra 50% of the original price. (e.g. if the price is $0.50 to scan 1 side, it will cost $0.50 + $0.25 = $0.75 to scan both sides)

• We provide 60 days free back-up for your scanned photo

• Large order may take more time.

• Photos that are still in album sleeves are not counted as loose photo.

• Remove photos from Album: We can remove and put back the photos from the album if we deem they are safe to do so for $0.30/photo. (For example, Photo album with sleeve). Photos will be scanned as loose photo price. Instead of paying $1.5/photo to scan a photo in the album, you can be paying $0.5 + $0.3 = $0.80/photo, that's 47% saving. We will handle the photo with care and try to put the photo back in the same position.However, we cannot guarantee we can remove photos from any album, especially photo album with adhesive. Also, we cannot guarantee your photos will not be damaged during the removal or put back in the exact position. We are not liable for any damage on photo and album through the use of the services.

• Pick-Up Photo Service: We will arrange pick-up of the photos from your house at a cost. You will have to pack up your photo safely for transport, make sure it is well sealed. Let us know the weight and dimension of the parcel, the pick-up address, pick-up time (at least 48hr prior notice, pick-up time is Monday to Friday; you can choose to leave the parcel at your front door for pick-up at your own risk). We will pay for the pick-up for you and put the cost on the invoice later.

• Pick-up Service limitations: Only within New Zealand, Pick-up time needs at least 48hr prior notice. Monday to Friday pick-up only. We will report what we've received in the parcel, but we will not be responsible for any discrepancy in the content of the parcel. Maximum weight New Zealand Couriers accepts is 25kg. In terms of dimensions, the maximum length we can accept is 1.8 meters and the maximum volumetric weight is 0.1m3 due to the size limitations of our freight transportation containers. 

• Return shipping by tracked courier from $5, depends on the size of the shipment.
