Add-On Services

• Add date & location metadata: $0.05/photo (applied by group)

• Scan both sides: +50% of original scan price

  • Example: $0.50 + $0.25 = $0.75/photo

• Remove from photo albums (where safe to do so): $0.30/photo

  • Photos are handled with care and placed back where possible

  • You save up to 47% compared to album scan prices

  • ⚠️ We cannot guarantee no damage or exact photo placement

Pickup & Return Options

• Drop-off/pick-up available in Albany, North Shore (Auckland)

• Nationwide pickup available (fee applies):

  • You pack and seal your photos

  • Provide weight, dimensions, address, and preferred pickup time (Mon–Fri only, min. 48 hrs notice)

  • We’ll arrange pickup and include the cost in your final invoice

• Return courier: Tracked shipping from $8, depending on parcel size

• Max parcel limits:

  • 25kg weight

  • 1.8m length

  • 0.1m³ volumetric weight

   

Limitations

• Loose photos only (no albums, books, or frames)

• Maximum photo size: A4

• No scanning of copyright-protected photos

• Album removal service is not guaranteed for adhesive/stuck-in pages

• We are not liable for damage to photos or albums during removal or re-insertion
